Smart Vision Star Membership Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and the operating entity of the "Smart Vision Star" platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). It applies to your use of Smart Vision Star membership services and related functions, including but not limited to membership benefits, automatic renewal, privacy protection, and other matters. Please carefully read and understand all terms of this Agreement. Your registration, activation, or use of membership services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Part One: Membership Service Agreement
1. Scope of Agreement
- The "Membership Services" referred to in this Agreement are exclusive services provided by the Platform to member users, including but not limited to computer vision technology-related function privileges (such as high-definition visual analysis, customized hardware empowerment solutions, etc.), priority customer service response, extended service usage duration, etc. Specific benefits are subject to the Platform's real-time display.
- Membership types include monthly membership, quarterly membership, annual membership, etc. The benefit content, service validity period, and fee standards for different types of memberships are subject to the information公示 by the Platform at the time of your activation.
2. Membership Rights and Obligations
2.1 Your Rights
- During the validity period of your membership, you may legally use the member-exclusive functions and services clearly marked by the Platform;
- You may provide feedback on opinions or issues regarding membership services through the Platform's customer service channels, and the Platform will respond within a reasonable time;
- If there is a major failure in the membership service that renders it unavailable, you may apply for corresponding service compensation (such as extending the membership validity period) in accordance with the Platform's rules.
2.2 Your Obligations
- When registering a membership account, you must provide true, accurate identity information (such as mobile phone number, email address, etc.). If the information changes, you must update it in a timely manner. The Platform shall not be liable for service abnormalities caused by inaccurate information;
- You shall not lend, rent, or sell your membership account to third parties, nor use membership services to engage in illegal or irregular activities (such as infringing on others' intellectual property rights, disseminating inappropriate information, etc.). Otherwise, the Platform has the right to terminate the service and pursue liability;
- You shall pay the membership fees in accordance with the Platform's regulations. Once paid, refunds are not supported except in cases specified by law or the Platform's rules (such as special circumstances where the membership has not been used and the service has not taken effect, refunds may be applied for, subject to the Platform's review results).
3. Service Changes and Termination
- The Platform may reasonably optimize the content of membership benefits based on technological upgrades, business adjustments, and other circumstances. The Platform will notify you through platform announcements, in-site messages, and other means 7 days in advance before the adjustment. If you do not agree to the adjustment, you may apply to terminate the membership service within the notice period and receive a refund proportional to the remaining validity period;
- After the expiration of the membership validity period, if you do not renew, the membership benefits will automatically terminate. The Platform will not retain your member-exclusive data (such as unexported customized analysis reports), so please back up in advance;
- If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Platform has the right to unilaterally terminate the membership service without refunding the paid membership fees.
Part Two: Automatic Renewal Service Agreement
1. Definition of Automatic Renewal Service
The automatic renewal service is a "automatic payment renewal upon expiration" service provided by the Platform to facilitate your continued use of membership services. After you activate it, the Platform will automatically deduct the membership fee for the next cycle from your bound payment account (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, Apple Pay, etc.) before the expiration of the current membership validity period to extend the membership validity period.
2. Automatic Renewal Activation and Deduction Rules
- Activation method: When activating a membership, if you select the "Automatic Renewal" option and complete the payment authorization, you are deemed to have activated the automatic renewal service, authorizing the Platform to deduct fees according to the agreed cycle;
- Deduction cycle: Consistent with the membership type you activated (such as monthly deduction for monthly membership, annual deduction for annual membership). The specific deduction date is 1-3 days before the expiration of the current membership validity period (the Platform will notify you of the deduction time in advance through in-site messages);
- Deduction amount: Implemented according to the membership fee standard at the time you activated automatic renewal. If the fee is adjusted later, the Platform will notify you 7 days in advance through announcements or in-site messages. If you do not agree to the adjustment, you may cancel the automatic renewal service before the deduction;
- Handling of deduction failure: If deduction fails due to insufficient balance in the payment account, payment channel failure, or other reasons, the Platform will suspend the membership service and remind you through SMS or in-site messages; You must replenish the fee or repair the payment channel within 15 days. If not handled within the time limit, the automatic renewal service will terminate, and the membership benefits will end according to the original validity period.
3. Automatic Renewal Cancellation Process
You may cancel the automatic renewal service through the following methods. After cancellation, no further automatic deductions will be made for the next cycle:
- iOS system: Open "Settings" → click your Apple ID → "Subscriptions" → find "Smart Vision Star Membership" → click "Cancel Subscription";
- Android system: Open the "Smart Vision Star" APP → enter "My" → "Membership Center" → "Automatic Renewal Management" → click "Cancel Automatic Renewal";
- WeChat Pay: Open "WeChat" → "Me" → "Payment" → "Wallet" → "Payment Settings" → "Automatic Deduction" → find "Smart Vision Star Membership Automatic Renewal" → click "Close Service";
- Alipay: Open "Alipay" → "My" → "Settings" → "Payment Settings" → "Password-free Payment / Automatic Deduction" → find "Smart Vision Star Membership Automatic Renewal" → click "Close Service".
Note: The cancellation operation must be completed 24 hours before the expiration of the current membership validity period, otherwise deductions may have already been triggered.
4. Termination of Automatic Renewal
- If you actively cancel the automatic renewal service, the automatic renewal service will terminate after the expiration of the current membership validity period;
- If the membership service is terminated due to your violation of the Agreement, the automatic renewal service will be terminated simultaneously, and the Platform will not refund the deducted fees;
- If the Platform stops providing membership services, it will notify you 30 days in advance, the automatic renewal service will terminate, and fees will be refunded in proportion to the remaining validity period.
Part Three: Privacy Policy - Renewal/Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
1. Scope of Information Collection
To ensure the normal operation of renewal and cancellation of automatic renewal services, the Platform will collect your necessary information in the following scenarios:
- Renewal-related: Collect your payment account information (such as payment account ID, transaction records), membership account information (such as account ID, membership validity period), device information (such as device model, operating system version) to verify payment legality, execute deduction operations, and generate renewal bills;
- Cancellation of automatic renewal-related: Collect your membership account information and operation logs (such as cancellation time, operation device) to record service status changes and ensure operation traceability.
2. Information Usage Rules
- The collected information is only used for the "renewal/cancellation of automatic renewal" services, including but not limited to: confirming your identity and membership资格, completing deduction or service termination operations, and sending you renewal reminders or cancellation success notifications;
- Such information will not be used for other purposes unrelated to membership services, nor will it be shared with third parties (except as required by laws and regulations, government department instructions, or with your explicit consent);
- Sensitive data such as payment account information will be protected by technical means such as encrypted storage and access permission control to prevent information leakage, loss, or tampering.
3. Information Inquiry and Management
- You can inquire about renewal-related transaction records and deduction details through "My Bills" in the membership center; inquire about authorized payment channel information through the "Account Security" page;
- If you find abnormalities in renewal-related information (such as deductions not made by you), you can immediately contact platform customer service. The Platform will assist in verification. If verified, the abnormal deduction amount will be refunded and the automatic renewal service will be cancelled;
- You can apply to delete expired renewal operation logs in accordance with the Platform's rules (deletion will not affect the normal use of membership services), and the Platform will complete the processing within 15 working days.
4. Other Provisions
The Platform will regularly update privacy protection measures. If it is necessary to adjust the scope of information collection/use due to changes in laws and regulations or technological upgrades, it will notify you in advance through platform announcements. You can independently choose whether to continue using the renewal service. If you do not agree to the adjustment, you can cancel the automatic renewal and terminate the membership service.
General Supplementary Provisions
- Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by national laws and regulations, the Platform's "User Service Agreement", and related rules;
- If a dispute arises between you and the Platform regarding membership services, it shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the Platform's operating entity;
- The Platform has the right to revise this Agreement according to business development. The revised Agreement will be公示 on the Platform's APP and official website, and will take effect 7 days after公示. If you continue to use the membership service, it shall be deemed that you agree to the revised Agreement.
